Default Tired and happy!
Char and I went on our road trip today. It was a gorgeous day! We went to the Penobscot Narrows Bridge first. The view is spectacular! Then we made our trip to Freeport to see the BIG boot!

I have this mental picture in my mind of you all, shaking bones and bells and charms, muttering prayers and voodoo curses, dancing around in a circle of salt, with leetle glasses and tiny bottles of cheer in the middle...myyyyyy friends!

Sounds like a fun trip!

I used to spend a lot of time in Portland, Maine on business.

I ALWAYS managed to get to the LL Bean store at least ONCE every trip :-)

I've been there! To that LLBean and left a lot of money there. Maybe you can find some of it for me!! I LOVE that store! And that big boot! Can't miss it!

I know the people in the GTG out in the midwest are having fun, but our Freeport was lovely too! WE had a lovely time and both got tired right out!

Oh man! I'm having fun here with dm and all, but I soooooooo wish I was with you guys up there! dangit! Why can't I fly under my own power!

Oh right ... Miss "I shop at Cabela's and spend the Gross National Product amount of money" there! Who are you kidding...

You'll hate this Cin...they opened a Cabela's in Maine too! It was just too far for us to travel today, but NEXT time!!
