Hi Tam! Sorry you are having so much pain and hope the epi does the trick for you. I wish they could give me something for mine.

I agree w/Starfish, on the 3rd back epidural I had, I felt the pain shoot down my leg. Unfortunately, for me~ the epi's were just a quick fix and didn't last long. I had a hip injection 8 days ago and I don't think it helped a bit, but some people have good results. I'm just not one of those people.

I know your'e heading into another surgery soon, but I can't help but say, I wish there was something they could do to help my back/spine pain. It's totally overwhelming me at times. I would gladly have a procedure if it in any way relieved even some of this ARGGGGGHHHH pain! *I know, I say that now*

Take care Tam and thinking good/positive thoughts for you.

(sorry for my rant; I'm just frustrated)

Good luck Tammy! Don't you know shots of the liquor kind are so much better?

The injection went without a hitch!! Not a lot of pain. I asked the nurse administering the feel good drug to give me extra just cause…she did!

It’s one of those things that time will only tell. He did have to work harder finding the right places to inject but it was good.

I did sleep like a rock last night...Olhipie just snuggled on and I didn't wake till about 6...I’m still on the 24 hour take it easy time frame…till about 4 this afternoon…

Thanks for all you well wishes, prayers and hugs!!
