This weekend will be extremely HOT in Dallas, but I am going to get out early in the morning and mow my yard. Then I have to clean house for relatives that will be coming in for my only childs hs graduation. I am really proud of her. She is going to Texas Tech this fall so then it will just be me and my pocket beagle, Precious.

75 people at your house!!! That's a lot of work, but it sounds like fun. Enjoy the poochie!

Sweet! One of my friends is riding this weekend too. He's all excited because he made thousandaire and gets his cool MS bike shirt this time!

Did I see the words chocolate mousse cake???? What time should I be there? I'm real good at helping make chocolate disappear!

Since the weather for the weekend is going to be near 95 I won't be doing a lot outside that's for sure! Dh and I are planning on getting up early in the morning to go to the beach (maybe Galveston or High Island) and watch the sun rise, hopefully get some pictures. Then be back home before it gets too hot.

I got dh a new lens for his camera and photoshop 6 so I'm sure I'll be napping while he's on the computer playing. (I hate having only 1 computer lol)

Other than that nothing is planned, just like every weekend, we usually grab camera's and head out for a while.

Everyone has such nice things planned. Even if it's just a nap...naps are very nice! I think I'm just about ready to leave work now. DH has promised to take me to a "love story" at the theater tonight. Only problem is that his idea of a love story is Indiana Jones...

I just wandered into the Hulu.com site, and found an old episode of Fame. It's annoying the heck out of me. (episode title is "To Soar & Never Falter")

The episode is centered on a girl who apparently has MS and wants to be a dancer, and the school tries to make her leave. I havent gotten to the end of the episode yet, but just like most other tv shows that use MS as a plot device, it's bugging me.

Love hulu.com! It's free and legal and has a lot of good documentaries (I'm a fan of 'em).

Erin,

I can understand that! The only thing I remember ever seeing on tv about MS was a kid on an MTV show.. and he brought up that his mother had MS and he actually collected some money for MS at a school function.. I thought it was a nice gesture, but now that I have MS it has a different meaning.
