Ironically, Kell, when they first came out, I looked into buying one for just that purpose. They can outfit them a million different ways, including with a ramp/lift and I was considering the version with the Mercedes engine.

My BIL has gone through two of them for his business and told me not to waste my money. I'm taking his word for it, he's a mechanical expert.

No offense, MomX.

AMN, when I was looking for a new car and I knew that height was important as well as room for the unknowns that I face, I was looking at VW Vanagons for the same reason. It's a car and a camper all in 1. We love to camp but over the past couple of years we have been sissy camping with the motorhome. The MH is sometimes a pain to get ready so I thought the Vanagon would be an awesome substitute for a quick weekend get away.

White 2004 Ford Tortoise. Right after I bought it I hit a "road alligator" leaving Phoenix. It cracked the front bumper, so now it wears a black bra to cover up the boo-boos.

I drove my cream puff 1968 Pontiac Lemans for 25
years, before retiring it. I married in 1969 and DH
finished paying for it...LOL!!

This photo was taken in 1992, a few years before I
sold it for, a little more than I originally paid..
Still looked brand new...I did replace the top and
had it repainted in the original color. Sitting next
to it, in our driveway, is DD's Honda Accord.

After that, I had a Chev Caprise classic and, now, in
my garage sits a Chrysler Mini Van with a scooter
inside. I stopped driving 2 years ago..

My dream car would have been the same as above, only, a GTO, instead of a Lemans. It would have sold for more as an antique..LOL!

Next...........

Nice car Sally!!

DH has a beige 2006 Chrysler Sebring and I have a Silver 2004 Chrysler Town and Country van which can be converted for handicap accessability.

Would like something with better gas mileage but don't want to trade and have car payments again so these two better last a long time.

We drive our 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, sandy color…beautiful…and also it has a great lift in it for my hon…

If I money were not a problem…a Harley-Davidson, with a side ride for my Olhipie!!

Olhipie said he wants and older model of a Mercedes

In all practicality I would like and Toyota Sienna van with a ramp so the Olhipie could drive his chair right into the front with me…

don’t mind the spelling…hands don’t have a spell check…
