Actually, Judy's post makes sense in an S&M sort of way..... open wound, alcohol, dipping finger in it......

cleansing an open wound is VERY important.

My father used to have a great remedy for chest colds:
Honey
Whiskey
Lemon juice

He said you pour out the honey
Pour out the lemon juice
And drink the whiskey

After a while, you won't care if you're sick!
