Just today I stopped at my town clerk's office and asked how to renew my placard. She said to just bring in the old one and she'll give me a new one. No form needed from the doctor. Once I was given a permanent handicap placard, I just need to turn it in for a new one. I was very happy to hear that!

I never knew you could have a handicap license plate and a placard, that is nice to learn! Thanks.
