Yeah, I know Gazelle . . . but she doesn't have much money, so that might serve to delay the process.

As an update, he called and talked to her (taped it), and she denied the possibility the boy is not his son, due to the "timing" of her infidelity. She admitted that she slept with someone else but the "timing was out by 3 weeks".

That was the "proof" he needed that he was not aware it might not be his child, and that she had never given him any indication that the boy could be someone elses . . . because apparently she doesn't even believe that is a possibility.

Besides the fact that it has been verified by DNA that he is not the boy's biological father, and he has offered to provide DNA so she can re-test it, she says will not have the DNA tests redone to put this to rest once and for all. He will be having his DNA notorized and forwarded to her, so that if she REALLY wants to know the truth, she can easily find out. For now, denial suits her better . . . but maybe one day when her son needs blood or a kidney or something, she might change her mind.

The good news is that she has agreed to the adoption, so hopefully that won't take too long or be too expensive.

Cherie
