I am going to pay the cable company's office a personal visit on Monday. The office is always very busy on Mondays....good time for ME to pay them a personal visit and express my displeasure at their lack of service and remind them of their guarantee and my many years of service and impeccable record with them. We shall see who wins this battle. And remind them that EVERYONE in our subdivision is a subscriber...word of mouth is the best advertiser. They have LOTS of competition in our area now!
