Frank, it's mango!

yummy yummy yum yum !!

just made a big batch of yoghurt, and put a quarter cup of the jam in the bottom of each glass...

the jars now getting "cultured" (get THIS, lol !!) in our spare incubator !!

yeah, really! it keeps a uniform temperature, and is safe from bugs.

as far as shipping you some coffee and jam, lol, you don't even wanna KNIOW the cost of international postage on a package, honey!

We have a coffee grinder, but we found out we are usually not awake enough in the morning to do it - LOL :D

We prefer fresh ground coffee, so we get some at our grochery store from time to time. Believe it or not, they actually have a good selection. But for normal weekday stuff, we do one of the Folger's dark coffees.

Of course, we're big on Starbuck's too. :)

You have to grind daily to get really good coffee, I do so the evening before bed so I just have to press a button. If I'm confident in the time I'll get up I set the timer. I used to bu SBUX's and Peete's - too expensive though very good, I now buy three pound bags of similarly good beans at Sam's. Not quite as good as Peete's but close enough to make up the difference in price.

I have a Melitta Grind & Brew machine. We use 8 O'Clock whole bean coffee. You simply scoop the whole beans in the night before, put the water in and push the timer button. In the morning, the timer sets the whole process in motion. Beans get ground and then the brewing commences. It all adds up to the best of all worlds.
