WOOhoo!!! That's awesome! She must be so proud of herself too. Congratulations.
Sometimes it just takes time to find the right direction. That's how I did it. I got my BA, a masters degree, and a doctoral degree too. Great foundations can be had a community colleges. The education is what YOU make of it.

That's wonderful news!
Trisha, I have a son and daughter who did not take high school seriously. One graduated from an alternative (last chance) high school. The other got her GED when she was 22. My DD with the GED went on to get her AAS. My son is curently attending night school taking the classes that complement the electrical apprenticeship that supports his family. Only 3 more semesters and he will have his electrical journeyman's license. Woohoo! And he is pulling straight A's! You're only a failure if you fail to continue trying. Your daughter is definitely a success!
