You can Debbie, but it's tough when others around you smoke for sure.

I'm still not smoking. !

I've actually felt like complete crud the past week (see the MS board ie: burning pain in my face).

It's like I triggered a mini-lapse. Could be the excitement too though of going to Chicago tomorrow, dunno. But I am excited for that!!

Probably offline while I'm there. I just want to relax and have fun with friends that will probably be a once in a lifetime meeting in most cases.

I just KNOW I'm going to forget something lol. I have a bag FILLED with gifts for everyone

I won't be smoking! By the way!

Completely optional!

I'll miss you too! I hope the flights go well. I have to fly to Montreal, then get a flight to Chicago from there. Same deal on the way back. Will be a new adventure for me!

Doing my Copaxone injection in the airport in Montreal will be something too. LOL.

Back from Chicago (it was AWESOME there!!), I went Clonazepam free Saturday so I could enjoy some drinks with dinner and whatnot, and no smoking!

I really do believe I am in the clear as far as smoking is concerned now.

Debbie, how are you doing hun? Still hanging in there?

It's alright. Completely normal. Just think though, you're an ex smoker!!! That's a way better feeling than having a puff or 2. Plus.... being away from it this long, that puff would make you light headed and taste revolting.
