And this kick butt lady's sitting here wondering if she should go out today and buy a new floor lamp for her living room with her cigarette money she's saved by not smoking
 I'm thinking it would be a good plan, considering I'm getting fed up with living in the dark LOL.

Let there be light!
I think its a great idea to treat yourself! are there mushrooms in that dark apartment? One of the great things about my house is windows, and lots of um. lots of natural light. Let the sunshine in!

Haha! There is no ceiling lamp in the living room, however the kitchen which is directly off the living room has a large fluorescent light in the ceiling. Mind you, I don't care for it. Too bright, and that light gives me headaches.
I have nice windows, it's just recently (like today) it's been raining and gray out.
