Lack of a private jet is cause alone to turn the offer down, Tom. So is the absence of good beer on tap.

If I were you, I would counteroffer with all the additions. If they say "no" then definitely move on to the next bidder.

Hey Tom, if they do cough up a private jet, I know an out of work pilot who is in desperate need of a job! He has quite the resume and a bazillion hours and really really needs an out of town job. Will work cheap too.
