Don't need a hair straightener, but let me know if you come up with a gadjet to make me younger, smarter and purtier...

Oh I think I would like something that does that. I don't wear long enough hair to use a straightener tho.

I prefer to call them "contact centers" rather than "call centers" I work in one as well. I began 7+ years ago on the phones taking inbound technical service calls, and eventually moved off the phones and now I answer client emails.

Depending on the company, you can get some wickedly good benefits in a contact center beyond your paycheck Congrats and good luck to you!
