you know this is weird the very first thing i heard from someone else after being DX with MSbs, was you wont be able to eat chocolates, Nero the neuro said ehhhhh he was wishy washy about foods interacting but said who knows, you are the first that i have heard of having a problem with chocolate, but ya know what every time i eat tuna fish salad or sandwiches i am wiped out, so I stopped eating it, so who knows can a chemical from a food whack you out?

So its almost my afternoon coffee time----Its around this time I go for my Chocolate---I will take a pass today----

Maybe Its because I am a guy----Chocolate was supposed to be a women's thing I thought--The ironic thing is way back when I started eating my dark chocolate I thought I was doing something good for myself---Maybe I should modeled my style after Kojak and went the way of the lollipop---Who Luvs Ya Baby?

My Old Man is a Classic---At IHOP I tell him about this food and SX journal----He stops--All seriously--Puts his utensils down---Says--Son!-lets get one thing straight here---This MS thing Its more or less a womens thing---Now your telling me your keeping Journals too!----I almost choked--

OK forget the Journal---Old Man PJames thinks I am turning into one of the girls

"not have chocolate"

you would really then find me in the nut house, if i

couldn't have my chocolate.

I know that when i have to much, my nerves get shaky
throughout the body. But i still need my chocolate.

I just have to behave and not eat to much at one time.

I can support chocolate, because it contains tryptophan, which COULD potentially be beneficial to treating MS.

Smoking... not so much.
