David did well last night. I was able to pick him out in the crowd each time they scanned the singers. Let's hope he does well tonight in the group sing off! He's so adorable.

Has anyone ever gone to his website?

His bio on his website says that he had West Nile Virus, and that it was the West Nile that triggered his MS.

I think the TV trouble was the networks! About 10 minutes into the show the audio and video was off....like it was starting/stopping. Hard to describe.

Yes they did send David home. They did not show his groups performance. I know they only have an hour, but what they did show was nothing but drama... guess that is all that sells.

He updated his blog and explained what happened. A true inspiration. I don't watch TV very often and really had no idea that he was even on.

It will be very interesting to see what happens next for him. I too believe that everything happens for a reason. His faith is awe inspiring. I am really impressed with him.

I was not happy they sent him home and kept such drama. I honestly don't think I am going to watch anymore. Not just because they sent him home but because there are people they kept for ratings that were way below David's abilities. That to me is not a singing contest. I understand he lost his voice but that happens to many. Oh well.

I was disappointed in it, too. I watched up until 8:30 PM then got tired of all the drama queens running around and crying. Not sure if I'll continue to watch it as it's taken a turn for the worse. It's not a singing competition anymore...it's just a reality drama.
