I found my best friend from grade school on Myspace. Sadly, we live too far apart and there have been too many years since that time, but she was so excited that someone actually looked for her and remembered her from way back when. We both moved around a LOT because of our circumstances (service brats) and friends didn't stay too long, but we had some GOOD laughs strolling down memory lane!

Glad to hear you re-connected with your friend and that you are meeting up again!

My BGF from school has been my bestest friend now for 47 years. (I cringe when I think that in 3 more years it will be our 50 year anniversary!)

I got a message from that school friend site last week, to say that they've found another girl from school. The girl they mentioned was a friend of my other GF as well, so it would be nice if the three of us could get together.

Snoopy, I'm envious! I've searched for my BFF from jr high and high school and no luck. I have not heard from her since we graduated in 1977.

I'm mostly curious if she has MS as well. She had ON and foot drop during high school. Makes me wonder sometimes.....

...And just at the right time, the Universe provides..Isn't it just the coolest feeling to find a person who really knows & understands you? All friends are great, but old friends are the best, especially the ones you can pick up a conversation with as if no time has passed. I'm really happy for you, Snoopy!

Too cool, Snoopy. Hope you have lots of fun tomorrow!

I met up with an old friend last Fall, but the last time I had seen her she was still the airhead she'd always been. We keep contact with Xmas letters and silly emails, but this was the first time I spent time with her in about 15 yrs.

She was soo..... mature, wise, fun, and GREAT company!! I was THRILLED to spend time with her and was sure to tell her how much I appreciated our time together.

She lives in Toronto, so I probably won't see her for a while again . . . but I have new and lasting memories that will always be foremost in my mind now.

So glad you are going to catch up with her. Make sure to come back and tell us all how it went.
