Default Hello Fruit Smoothie!!

Wow I bought this frozen fruit in a bag the other day it comes with smoothie mix, I have no idea what's in it. but it has mango, peach, blackberry, and blueberries in it. I just threw it in the blender with 1/2 cup of apple juice, a yoplait and some ice.

YUMMY! And best of all DD loves it too. So we are talking at least two servings of veggies and one serving diary. I think we will be doing these for breakfast at least once a week.

And it helps with the shakes i woke up with. i think my blood sugar may have been low.
