Default It's April, that must mean BASEBALL IS BACK!!!

Happy opening day! Baseball is back and the boy's of summer are having a slugfest here in AZ. 8th inning and AZ is leading Colorado 9 - 8. what a game, now we just gotta get 6 more outs.

Anyone else excited about baseball?

Nope. Not since the Ranger built the new stadium and jacked up the ticket price. They lost a huge fan base.

Plus the traffic. It's right by the new Cowboy stadium being built. Arlington is a mess. I was there Saturday night.

Nope..don't even watch them on TV now. We used to go to games all the time.

I would rather go to the high school games and the minor league games. One of our trainers is on the Ft Worth Cats. YAY!! GO CHUCK!!!

rant over.

I used to LOVE playing baseball, but watching it is boring to me. But since I live in Cleveland, I root for all of our teams. Thank goodness for the Cavs.

This is a football town, unfortunately, and I'm a big Cleveland Browns fan. I hope I get to see them make the playoffs before I die!

Go Indians! Our poor sports town needs something.

Die hard life long Red Sox fan here...also an eternal optimist...

It's funny, I started out listening to the Sox on a transistor radio back in the 60s, I still prefer to listen to the game on the radio rather than watch!

Ahhhh, the days of Johnny Pesky, Ned Martin, Ken Coleman, etc. etc. etc.

I still have my "Impossible Dream" vinyl album, and my Carl Yastrzemski Louisville Slugger bat that I got at Bat Day at Fenway back in the days when they gave out full sized bats!

If you think I envy your 91, you're nutz!!! I'd much rather have it the 35 it was here today...we got a few flurries.

Many an Easter, I've burried eggs in the snow...LOL
