I just found this thread and hate that I missed it. Although I didn't grow up here, some of Dad's family lives in the mountains but we're 2 hours east of the beaches. Near Fort Bragg/Pope AFB.

Weather has been really screwy. A few weeks ago it was hitting the 80s but now it's rainy and much cooler.

Wait... is she here now?

DM, did you get any of the violent weather we had last night? I think it was heading up the East coast. TN and AL got the worst of it, I think. GA got some severe thunderstorms but as far as I know no tornadoes. At least not in my area.

Nope Kell! The bad weather seemed to have missed us. Today is was high 60's, sunny and just perfect out. We went to Easter dinner at my Sister's and had an Easter egg hunt for gr niece. It was so much fun watching her run around looking for eggs. I am so happy to be here catching up w/family, but still fighting sinus and allergy headaches. The pollen count is really high here. (ACHOO)

Happy Easter everyone and yes, Moose~ I AM HERE!!!! I am a Tarheel this week!
