I just started using it a few months ago since our cycling team setup a facebook group to get information out to riders. It has been kind of cool catching up with old friends...but for some of these people, there is a reason I haven't tried to get in touch with them in the last 20 years...

ROTFLMAO! That is so true! Or you befreind them because you kind of remember them and it isn't until later you remember why your not friends anymore.

I just joined at the urging of my brother..Mostly to share pictures & stuff without having to email everyone separately..It's fun looking up old high school/college friends, too. I found a guy I went to school with & haven't seen or talked too in I don't know how many years..He's now an author and travels everywhere..Really kind of fun. I can't stand Twitter, either. Nothing I have to say has to be said immediately (or, maybe it does, as my memory only has the "immediately" button working)..

I signed up recently. It's nice to see what others post but I don't put too much on there - no time!

I don't do either. I like emailing or using Yahoo IM. Guess I'm not up with the times! lol

I'm on it. It's pretty much just our immediate family. My daughter set me up with all the privacy things. It is nice that I can post a bunch of pictures of my girls after we go see them. I have one brother that is only able to make it here once a year and you know how fast a bay can grow. So they keep up with all our fun. I do get annoyed when my nephew says he just ate his favorite pizza or whatever.

I agree with the phone thing. I have friends here that I hardly calll anymore because we email each other.

How do you veiw everyones names to see who is on? I get invitations all the time from people I have never heard of so I have often wondered how they got my name.
