hugsssss, maybe the walks were too much length at first... I do this each spring, or did in past, I would get going on longer and faster walks.. then would get shin splint one year, the planter facilitits or something...

rest it and hoping the walk today was good, hugss,sarah

lol cookies...

I am trying to get some walking in, and the PT sure is making me work out... so if I eat healthier too maybe I can lose some weight... got lots of pudge around middle that has gotten worse in past two years.. not sure if meds or less activity... hugss,sarah
