That's looks exactly what it feels like when I have vertigo!!! I feel like I'm flying all over the room!

This would be awesome to clean floors and ceilings! Just hang a mop head off your feet. LOL

OH NO! Talk about the vertigo express! I can barely watch her, much less even think of doing that. In another life, I'd have done it for sure, all 200 lumpy pounds of me flailing to and fro. Beautiful.

LOL. You guys are funny.

I wish I could find the clip for the show I was watching. This 70-year old lady was doing these trapeze dances. I was so impressed with her and her attitude. She decided to take the classes run by a local dance company as she felt she had the health to do it now and didn't want to miss an opportunity. She just swooped one arm on the trapeze and off she went doing this dance moves in the air. She made it look so easy and fun.

Her attitude was great and reminded me of X-mas when DDs were jumping on my brothers trampoline. They were having so much fun and I really, really wanted to do it but was hesitant due to spasticity I was having. I gave in to temptation and hobble my body over to the trampoline determined to pound the spasms out of my legs.

DDs freaked when I climbed on to the trampoline and warned me of what was going to happen. Poopy on them! I did it anyhow and so enjoyed it and while jumping on it, it did help the spasms. Well, until 15 minutes after I got off. LOL

OK, I've decided while you guys try out the flying exercise routine I'll follow the squirrels.

She's tall and thin. If I were tall and thin I could do that too. (right?)
