My favorite older show is All in the Family. There is just nothing like it anymore.

As for new shows, it changes all the time, lol.

True Blood

Rescue Me

LOST always makes my list.

The Office

Also some other kinda twisted stuff like Dexter, Weeds, and Breaking Bad. Thank goodness for Netflix, lol.

As far as "All Time Favs" goes, we shouldn't forget "The Honeymooners" with Jackie Gleason and Art Carney....OR...."Gunsmoke", "Maverick" "Have Gun, will travel"...etc...

Nothing on TV today, surpasses some of the old shows...IMHO!!!

Default I love this thread.

It really depends on my age as to what I loved.

When I was young:

F Troop
Petticoat Junction
Romper Room

Bonanza
Bewitched
I Dream of Jeannie

Carol Burnett Show
That Girl
Love Boat

oh, I am sure there is more in this next group. Not even sure these belong in the same groupings. It was just REALLY old shows that I loved as a kid.

Old Shows I loved:

Romper Room

Captain Kangaroo

Rin Tin Tin

Lassie

Sky King

The Real McCoys

Bonanza

Tarzan with Johnny Weismeller (?)

Flying Nun

That Girl

The TV used to be on in my house all day long when I was growing up. My mom loved westerns, my dad watched any kind of sporting event he could find.
