I get them too! I always describe mine as like ants crawling over my feet or legs. It's the most ghastly feeling, and many times I've looked just to be sure there wasn't anything there.

You guys appear to be describing some Restless Leg symptoms. Have any of you ever asked the doctor about that? I have it and I am accustomed to the creepy crawlies now. I was prescribed valium once but it didn't help. I know there are meds out there for it today but I think it became part of me somehow. I just scratch when I need to and scream real loud when it's not a pretend itch! The calluses on my feet get a good workout at night! LMAO I also get a jello feeling in my legs that is worse than the itch. The only thing that helps that is to do knee bends, get up and walk or hang my legs off the bed.

Shocked

With 5 cats, a dog, kids, their friends, DH (OUTDOOR MAN) and a county forest next to us (lots of deer), dog and DH getting Lyme disease at same time - always on tick alert. 8 year old went on a school outing to plant trees, like most kids in his class- came home with bean ticks!!! Being "mean" parents, we called him Tick-bioy for a long time. Maryland seems heavy in ticks. Shoot, I can recognize 3 different types!!
