Niko - don't you hate it when they refuse to believe? Ugh! If I had that kind of reaction to a shot I doubt I'd have another.

Last tetanus I had was because I got cut at work - dirty factory. I don't do the boosters. It was pretty sore, like somebody slugged me really hard, but nothing worse than that.

i may be the exception but i've had all my shots.
being an RN we were required to have the flu shot and the hepatitis series.
i've also kept up with my pneumonia and tetanus shots.

the one i'm not convinced of getting is the shingles vaccine now that i've turned 60. my pcp wants me to have it but my neuro said there wasn't clear studies done in MS pts. that one has me stumped and reticent to get it. i guess i'll be sorry if i ever get shingles.

other than that i've tolerated all the shots well.

Judy, I've often thought that shingles has a close relationship with MS. I already had shingles, in my early 50s, as did my DD (with MS), in her teens..

I wonder if the Shingle's vaccine would help our MS symptoms??? or...Maybe hurt us..

if you decide to get it, let us know how it goes..

I get one every 10 years. It might be about time to get one again. I'll have to check.

Lol! But, not really funny. I'll bet that hurt!
