I don't know that many primary care docs or family docs know much about it, it's a little more specialized that what they usually treat.
They may know only a minor bit or incorrect info about it, and not fully understand it - that was my experiences.
Unless they are really into the whole body and muscular /skeletal conditions.

You might need to look for Osteopathic drs, physiatrist/sports /rehab types, perhaps a very good chiropractor or even a advanced PT to cover the TOS portion of symptoms.
If you can find a good family dr that will work in conjunction with the other types of care / therapy providers that should work.

There may be new TOS drs that we don't have listed yet -but this is the listing for PA from 2006

you should be able to call/contact them for some referrals or other names.

Tos treatment for many of us in NE PA is a group of treating Dr.
One for Diagnosis,
One for pain management
One as the primary care doctor for prescriptions.

Jo we are way too far for Pittsburgh PA.

Dr, Alan Togut is retiring in April this year. my last appointment is march 29th. Get your files from his New office Courthouse Square on River st. suite 501, 570-824-2500

My Neuro for tos was Dr. Farrell but she retired and I began seeing
Dr. DiGiovoni.
575 East Main Street
Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702-6981
(570) 270-5050

Dr. Janerich (Elaine Lacy) manages meds

(570)824-4111

I have not seen Dr. Pellicci in Scranton at the medical center across from Moses Taylor hospital. He is very patient advocate for w/c and insurn.
He did treat my daughter for several years.

Pelicci Pain Relief Center
Moses Taylor Hospital Physician's Building
748 Quincy Ave.
Scranton, PA 18510
570-342-8633 or 1-888FOR RELIEF
FAX - (570) 342-3696

THe next person is Dr. Paz and Bell at Advance Pain management. They have a Scranton office also, their procedures I think they do in Plains surgical center. I have epidurals done there.
Advanced Pain Management Spec
601 Wyoming Ave
Scranton, PA
18509
Phone: (570) 714-4789
Fax: (570) 714-4771

Then there is a top dog, Dr. Scott Fried in Blue Bell pa. The Upper Extremity Institute.

Excellent. A young Dr. Togut. The issue there is he had a managed care program and if you are not local it is difficult to keep up. A lot of books and information he has to share with families to explain what TOS is.
.
www.nervepain.com tell him Uncle Les's niece Dianne referred.

Our mailing address: 1515 DeKalb Pike Suite 100 Blue Bell, PA 19422
Phone 610-277-1990 Fax 610-277-2007

If really,. really bad with CRPS I or II you may want to get into the wait at Dr Schwartzmann's office. He had referred us to dr. Togut over 14 years ago
