Default Can TOS cause flares and remissions?

I recently posted about possibly having TOS, but the Dr. said it wasn't. Now this past week the symptoms have subsided, as well as extreme arm weakness which has been there since Nov. The big flare in Dec. The only thing the mri said was minimal bulge of C6-7 disk with a tiny annular fissure without any left lateralizing abrormalities identified. Any know what this means? I need a new Doc. I picked the reports up myself and he didn't explain it at all. Just gave me more tramadol and an rx for pt. MRA with contrast said Normal study. Mri did say the study was not performed as a didicated brachial plexus study. Is this signifigant?

At least it's better but is it a disk or Tos problem?
