Default Went Fishing In My Little Pond

I dont know what possesed me perhaps the decent weather as its going to get cold for a few days here in Alabama starting tomorrow so I thought the heck with it and caught little brim and a few small mouth bass...of course I threw them back. Watched the leaves fall and enjoyed the beauty of nature around me today here at my new home....then came in and dusted and vacumed just a little bit...hardwoods have to be vacumed with animals constantly...UGGGG....otherwise a glorious day and look forward to going to the Alabama vs Miss State game on Saturday.....made plans for that today as well....all in all a wonderful day...yall wish me warm on Saturday though as its supposed to be cold.. Default Hello All Old Friends

Hello to Everyone,

It is so good to see old friends talking again. I hope everyone is holding up well.

I am doing pretty good. One year now since surgery,

Still have some flare ups. I still feel there is still some impingement somewhere. It seems though if I keep the walking up, I feel pretty good.

I walk 3 miles a day. That has also helped me to drop 10 pounds too, so that always helps.

Glad to be back and to have my family back!

My thanks to all for the wishes, however through my own haste, I was premature in thinking all was hingeing upon the judge! Seems as though their side has not handed in their final brief and are waiting till the last moment to do so.
It has not that I have not been past the board, just that think all the typing really messes with me... nice to see alot of former members over here and how the support and kindness that was remains yet! My thoughts and prayers go out to all!!

Default Today I

am online again - I hate computer-problems!!!!

Mark, even if I am late with my wishes, I send you a lot of good thoughts to resolve your situation.

The last days my arm is swelling and I have problems to wear long arm sleeves shirts + pullover/jacket, this is quite unconfortable. (but it is cold here!)

I wish you all a very beautiful automne day without pain!!
