I like the idea of a buzz.... been there, done that. Not sure i will this year, but we'll see how hot it gets and how i feel. Momz and cindy, i hope you're feeling better today. Johanna - way to go getting to the gym. I honestly think that the cardio I try to do in the mornings helps more than anything, although I only feel the reduced pain lvls for a few hours. The overall benefit of being active is huge, I think. On a totally unrelated note, I thought i broke my big toe, but found out last night that its infected and inflammed. so i have to take MORE meds. between the ketoprophen dose and the medrol and the muscle relaxer (not sure why the doc prescribed that ) my stomach pretty much hates me. I think it hurts more than if i were to drink cheap whiskey all weekend. oh well. not the end of the world.

Hey Buzz cuts are cute!
I've been giving buzz cuts to hubby for 10 yrs or so and boys too but now they go to barber shop or do it them selves I guess.
We like 3/8" the best.
saves a lot of money - just buy a good cutter and buz it off.

[This is just rediculous...and so very frustrating. I tried to peel potatoes yesterday and cried. I couldn't even fry up ground beef! ]
momzpeachy-
Boy I do remember those times!
a couple months in 03 was the worst for me - got so sick of not being able to cook! and only eating fast foods, frozen dinners and sandwiches. I love to cook.

When did your bad symptoms start?

Happy Memorial Day to all....

Shelley - i'm sorry to hear about your back ... try to keep it under control (like stop stealing people's seats or poking them )

Jkat is right - a massage a day or 2 after botox injections seems to help dramtically with the soreness. i think it also helps "work it into" the area. even if it took 3-4 weeks to kick in, its worth it i think for 8 weeks of relief.

Good morning! Spent the weekend doing some stuff around the house - painting the guest room, resanding (with an electric hand held sander) and re-painting my front porch, staining a log bench... My forarm looks like Popeyes today. TOS and home improvement projects dont mix!

Heart want to say hi to everyone

Hi ya'll!!

Hope all are doing the best they can.....and surviving another day with TOS.
Trying to do more walking but it is difficult and I am wearing a pedometer to count my steps...great thing...check out walkingspree.com and see what I am up to. It tracks my food intake as well as all activity I am able to do and charts my walking and how many steps I take....ok I suck.......I am at about 3000 to 4000 a day...not a lot. but you'd be surprised how many steps you take in your house!!

blessings and prays to all in pain and struggling.
Love and hugs,
Victoria
