Default Thank you Tamara!!!

Tam- I just wanted to say what a wonderful time I had yesterday. Thank you so much to you and Steve for your hospitality. I know you ordered that beautiful sunset up just for us, too.

I can't explain the feeling after having met you all. wow.

Little things like how no one wanted to take their coat off because they were cold : ) My husband often teases me for that. But it seemed perfectly normal while we were all together.

I hope that I can keep everyone's face straight with their screen name and that you will all forgive me if I get it wrong. A big hello and hug to all of you.

Thanks again,
Johanna

Tam - Thank you so much for organizing and hosting yesterday's get together. I cannot begin to explain how much it meant to me to be able to put faces to names and to get to know you each better.

There were moments when I teared up listening each of your stories. Not only did I learn but collectively the whole experience moved me and inspired me simultaneously to try to heal as best I can and help other TOSers.

And Steve....what a consummate host you are and what a tremendous heart you have. Plus your ice cream was yummy!

Thank you! I look forward to staying and touch and getting together again.

Be well everyone

It's so great that you guys could all get together.
How many were able to make it?

if there is a lot of pictures you might get a photobucket account {free} and upload them on to that and just post the link or PM it??

Or -I have an account already if you want to send them to me I can upload them to my account and post the link- I'd love to see pics of you all.

Cool Grand Ole Time

Doesn't Tam & Steve make it a warm and comfy relaxing support time?
They are the bestest!

So happy to see everyone again.
And to think this time last year I was fighting for my life with no medical attention to tame the shru TOS.

Tam, Catherine, Pat, Alison, Dawn & Martha...your my family, my rock, my support in life. I treasure your friendship forever.

Dawn, I wish your the best on your upcoming procedure. And the photos are FAB! XXOO

For the newcombers...
I am so, so excited to have met you, hearing your stories, experiences and plan of actions.
You guys have it all in check.
So very impressed.

Shelley, your pro active research and decisions with hyperbaric was so exciting to hear.
Jealous of your and Johanna's medical attention which we ALL deserve.

Now if I could only get the W/C approving me the same positive treatments you~all have recieved.

Some one email me Dr. Millers info, please.
Cyndy

Tamara and Steve,

Just want to say thanks so much for the beautiful day you orchestrated for us. I can imagine how hard it must have been for you, Tamara, since I happen to know that you were having a bit of a flare-up that day. But no one would have ever guessed it--you couldn't have been more gracious, supportive, or informative. And Steve, I honestly don't think I’ve ever seen a more perfect host. Don't think I saw you sit down one time. Between the two of you, you provided the most welcoming, comfortable, and supportive environment imaginable. It was wonderful seeing old friends, meeting new ones....and just being with a group of people who understand. Thanks again.

BTW, Johanna is right, that view/sunset was spectacular….How the heck did you manage that? :icon_wink:

Default Me too, you guys!

So sorry to be late chiming in, but it's no reflection on how much I enjoyed your hospitality on Sunday. Tam and Steve, I appreciate so much the warm welcome and wonderful afternoon at your home. Just wish I could've stayed longer...I loved hearing from everybody and the individual stories are just so touching to me. The support is heartwarming and encouraging; it helps somehow to know you're not alone. And Tam I could tell from your eyes you were in pain that day. What courage it must have taken for you to rise above that and be ever the gracious hostess to us. What a great turnout your gathering had this time around - I thought it was just terrific. I am still recovering from that long drive back and forth, but I knew that it would be hard going in (even though my daughter did all the driving, bless her heart). Some things are just worth it, you know? And seeing old friends and meeting new TOS buddies was way worth it! I do hope your pain levels are down and you've been able to get some rest, Tam. Thanks again for everything - you and Steve definitely went beyond the call of duty for such a motley crew!!! Take good care of each other, Alison

Hi Tam,
I hope you will forgive me. I have had to move back to the city.

My home when I arrived was a complete disaster from the renters.

It sounds like I missed a wonderful party. Big Hugs, Roz
