Di,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your daughter.
No parent should have to endure such pain.
My prayer will be with you and your family,
Judy

Di - I am so sorry about your loss - If there's anything I (or we) can do, please let us know. You've always been the strong one around here, willing to lend your ear and support when we've needed it. Don't be shy in asking us to do the same for you. Take care,
- Dabbo

Default Oh Di !!!!!!!!!

I am heartsick...I am so very sorry!!! We have talked before about your Dee and my sister, so I know what all you have been through in trying to help your precious daughter. I'm so, so very sorry this happened.

I wish there was something I could do to help you now, you've been a wonderful source of support and comfort for me personally as well as others here on the forum. I am sure that in reading through all these posts you have been able to feel all the love that everyone here has for you.

Di, in this truly difficult and hard to understand time,I pray that God will surround you with his peace that passes all understanding. I pray that you will find hope and comfort in knowing that Dee is in the best of all places now and is pain free! Sweetheart, I will pray that God will give you the strength that you will need to get through this difficult time, and that soon you will be able to find joy in the memories of the good times you, Dee and your family had together.

Hubby and I will be lifting you up in prayer. Please let us know how you are doing when you can.

God Bless and keep you Dear One,
All my Love,
Gromlily ~

I Just got off the Phone with DiMarie, she sonded like the same wonderful person we all have come to love and as usual was worried about others, more so than herself... she has come about in arrangeing DEEs wake; hours limited to 10am-11:30am, with no internment services From the: McCune Funeral Home
80 S. Mountain Blvd.
MountainTop, Pa 18707

By request cards may be sent to:
Please PM jo55 or myself for the address

The Lord is my Shepherd;I shall not want
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
he leadeth me beside still waters.
He restoreth me soul: he leadeth me in the
paths of righteousness for his name's sake
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow
of death, I will fear no evil : for thou art with me:
thy rod and thy staff comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the the
presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my
head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all
the days of my life: and I shall dwell in the
house of the LORD for ever.

Mark,

thanks for putting up the funeral home info., but what date will her service be? I would like to send out some flowers on my (and maybe a few other TOSers) behalf to young De. Could you post the date and time of service? Or, is the wake considered the service?

Also, I will try to call you tomorrow - Wednesday - since it's too late your-time now.

Mark, if you talk to DiMarie, could you let her know that the So Cal TOSers give her our condolences, and want to be there for her.

I believe there will be only the Wake - no other service.
I'll try to get the date verified also.

We will pass on the message to her.
she says she may be able to read the forums tomorrow- but she is still very heartbroken as we can all imagine.

Heart My deepest sympathy

Di,
I wish to pass along my deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family. I want to let you know that so long as there is a prayer in your heart you are not alone...you walk with God. You have had a horrific experience, however know that your daughter is in the great hands of the Lord and will suffer no more pain and will watch over you with her spirit and guide you along. I hope your faith is strong and that you can understand what I am saying. It is in no way glib, it is from my heart and what I believe. I know I will keep you and yours in my thoughts and prayers.

Again my deepest sympathy.

most sincerely,
Victoria
