Thanks so much for this information.
I have consulted two vascular surgeons of late that that tell me two very important tests for diagnosing TOS compressions are MRV (Magnetic Resonance Venography) and Fluoroscopic Angiogram. Both tests are done in the neutral and stressed positions and reveal the same information. My uneducated opinion is that the angiogram is superior as a balloon can be inflated to decompress the thoracic outlet for temporary relief. That decompression seems to be an important diagnostic piece IMO.
