Default Edgelow's breathing / relaxation CD helps

I had the opportunity to learn from Peter while he was practicing and the relaxation / breathing part of his program was his emphasis with me. (I have bilateral TOS).

How do you get the your auxiliary breathing muscles in your neck to relax? You diaphragmatic breathe. The relaxation CD walks you through that.
