Default Frustrated

My shoulder hurts every day and both have been frozen for years. My hands still are ultra sensitive to cold and are sore with use, but shoulder is most painful.

I wanted another MRI, but doctor is suggesting going back to doctors who consulted on first one to follow up and suggest more therapy or treatment and maybe another EMG(number 10). I wish he would do another MRI to check on other possible injuries or worsening from a year ago. I'm tired of hundreds of therapy that are too far away(drive kills my shoulder) and don't offer much relief.

Sorry to vent.
