tied I hate hearing of more heart burdens for you. If it is any reassurance my lady friend from community groups had this two years ago. She did not have TOS, but had a good recovery. Her scar is about gone. For a short while she did wear a scarf.

I still wish I understood WHY so many TOSers have thyroid issues. I know women of mid age have the thyroid major groups, but it is so extreme on the forum to how many of us with TOS have varying issues with thyroid problems. Especially as it is in the vacinity of the collar bone under assult by TOS.

I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

http://www.wnep.com/videobeta/602389...Final-Farewell

I had to share this local event it is so moving.
At the funeral this week for a local fallen hero, a magestic Bald Eagle paid it tribut and highest respect.

I was moved to tears. If this is not the link to the active video I will repost.
The moment is near the end of the tribut.

Default Good news a nice change

I took my EIT test for certification as an Engineer in training back in Oct. I just got results and I passed! Also I got labs back from thyroid cancer surgery which said the cancer was confined and not spreading, not in the lymph node, not in the parathyroid glands. Too bad they got 2 of the parathyroids but good I have 2 left. Radioactive iodine will be probably 1st week of Jan or so. Still a little weak from surgery but back at work somewhat. Have some alignment problems from the surgery but chiro is helping. Reached my maximum out of pocket on my insurance.

Heart

Happy Birthday back at you too.
Spent mine with a very sick grandson, sat in the ER for hours...yuck. He has tonsilitis, and ear infection....doc said the day before that chest was clear sinuses clear, Christmas nite and last sat in the ER with him.

tied, I am so glad that things sound good with the results. So sorry you need further treatments. Hope that is the end of it.

Hugs and prayers to all for as good a holiday as we can have.
