Exclamation All the time fighting for De, Update

Just getting through the weekend.
I hope my dd's loss will finally have justice of the abandonment by her male paternal unit 32 years ago. I miss her so deeply, with my entire being,

This is the week for de's justice; her brother, our family to finally have peace, free from the emotional abuse of this low life holding our lives hostage.
All the abuse I had in our marriage, he will NOT have control NOW.

Please keep us in your hearts and prayers.

I will post what happens.De deserves her memory to be the special gift to my children from her. Not disgraced by a scum that fathered 10 children, including De and her brother and only half cared for the two under his roof.

Let there be justice that this bum takes his lies and sordid life and is woken up to the beauty in my childs life, her death is not his windfall.
Let his lies and abandonment be the noose around his neck.

Take a moment and just send a hug, prayer or thought our way.

I wanted you to know that you're in my thoughts and prayers DiMarie.

Praying that you finally get the justice and the closure you have sought for so long.

God, stretch out your powerful and mighty right arm and smash the enemy in the sight of all the people, to win justice for Di and Glory for Your Name.

Amen

Very encouraging news today. The hearing is tomorrow afternoon. So glad to finally have justice.

Something really strange, but warming happened a short time ago. The kids and I were talking about all the strong evidence and the lack of any evidence on the ex side.
That we would have De with us....the TV shut off,so I think oh, I must have the remote where a cat is. THEN, as we talked the TV came back ON!!!!!
I looked over the cat was asleep on the couch still and the remote was on the TV?????

How cool, what more of a sign could I ask for to know that my angel is with us.
I love you all dearly for keeping me close in thoughts and the prayers, you think in life that if you are honest and just that will be returned to you,,,, unless you pick a lunitic for a spouse of father of your child.

I just feel so much better knowing the ex attorney is livid and unprepared! and NOT going to have anything but LIES.
So strange that I keep finding documents that show in legal documents and medical that he had NO relationship and is a weasel.

Fingers crossed that I emotionally can do my job, and that we prevail.

Recenty had a hearing, another soon to come for my testimony. All I can say is if you tell the truth you never have to remember what you said, It is so good to watch as the statements each in a federal deposition were turned arouind. THen when the second wife came in she contradicted again what was stated twice. When they lie, their can't remember what lie they stated and who said what because they did not hear each others testimony.

It is just sick that our family had to go through this for greed. Keep your prayers and supportive thoughts coming.
De is smiling down on us. We feel her love around us.

Default Newest update, so weird like De is leading me to doc's

Started a week ago, then I never was questioned, just the ex and his wife, so it would take so long, extended to tomorrow.

In the delay however, I found documents that really are the cream against the issue showing fraud. I also have De's closest friend, and my neighbor that experienced the ex harassing, stalking, then the big pow that shows the fraud.

Any one can sue anybody for anything, but the lies twice now under oath, then the idiot claims I commited the fraud and worse....
It has taken a toll on my health, the anxiety panic, really have had chest pain, crying spells, once I was hospitalized because of the heart rate and blood pressure recently.

THis was so avoidable......the kids are so upset seeing me like this, but boy am I ready for the both of them.

Sweet Justice my Angel deserves,
Keep me in your thoughts tomorrow. early am start EST.
I will post when I can.
