Default muscle poll

TOSers

im curious about muscles, especially in the back and shoulders. me personalyl, i have a slim slim build and no muscles prior to tos except for my trapezoid on my left raised shoulder. after tos while i was lifting weights this muscle appeared bigger, but i think it was just swollen!

now i think ive experienced muscle wasting on whatever muscles were there, my shoulders feel like pure bone. i can feel every nook and cranny.

has anyone else experienced this? im terrified of trying to get muscle in my back now bc im afraid it will somehow aggravate my pecs/neck area and take 500 steps backward. are there any success stories with physical therapy or a specific type of pt i should look for? not just stretching but like actual muscle building
