Good Morning mspennyloafer and Jo*mar, my traps are rock hard, bulging and warm to the touch(inflamation?), and have been since my 3 level ACDF in 2009, these symptoms have never went away (its just relentless) I attend physio 2 times a week and massage once a week which causes me pain as I hurt to be touched with any type of pressure, as well I have bulges in my biceps which are visual, about the size of a sm lime(bilaterally)my elbows, forearms and hands consistantly have a deep achy burning pain and the pins/needles, numbness sensations drives me insane and is worse at night, keeping me awake, I could not lift weights even if I tried, some days just lifting up my coffee cup hurts. Sometimes I think I should have the posterior foramintomy(?) to have the osteophytes(C4-C5, C5-C6)removed and have C3-4 fixed, and what ever they need to do to get rid of this TOS crap cause it hurts like h***, but I'm scared to death to have more surgery (ugh). Take care, Bunz
