i dont think i have trgr pts there and its not warm so does that mean its not inflammation? my pt has never felt it and said oh thats inflamed but sometimes its squishy and sometimes its rock hard (spasm?) this did not happen until i started lifting weights and nerve glides which i have stopped. thank god!

Good Morning mspennyloafer and Jo*mar, my traps are rock hard, bulging and warm to the touch(inflamation?), and have been since my 3 level ACDF in 2009, these symptoms have never went away (its just relentless) I attend physio 2 times a week and massage once a week which causes me pain as I hurt to be touched with any type of pressure, as well I have bulges in my biceps which are visual, about the size of a sm lime(bilaterally)my elbows, forearms and hands consistantly have a deep achy burning pain and the pins/needles, numbness sensations drives me insane and is worse at night, keeping me awake, I could not lift weights even if I tried, some days just lifting up my coffee cup hurts. Sometimes I think I should have the posterior foramintomy(?) to have the osteophytes(C4-C5, C5-C6)removed and have C3-4 fixed, and what ever they need to do to get rid of this TOS crap cause it hurts like h***, but I'm scared to death to have more surgery (ugh).
Take care, Bunz
