GAH

went to knew pt, she did put tape on my trap which i liked

but MORE strengthening. im doing this lying on my back so my shoulders cant wing. its very basic stuff but i am a little disappointed. i told her about my neck itching crawling and she said maybe it was bc it was hot outside

that really ****** me off, which sucks bc she seemed very nice.

i am frustrated. she did not talk about nerves. and i am also too tired to find a new pt.

new pt

did "neurodynamics" testing and my median nerve is stuck

taped my shoulderblades and (flat) feet lol

also worked on my left rib and it definitely helped. i think the key is to NOT stretch yourself. you have to get a manual therapist to work on your neck for awhile. then maybe stretch altho i think neck stretching is overrated. its too sensitive of an area.

Default Thera banned

Years ago I told my PT I could not make the band move, but I could work against it isometrically. I was then put in aqua therapy. This helped loads. Another therapist said not to do isometrics with theraband, use something that won't stretch. I have gotten better without tharaband. My case is mild in comparison. I was scoliosed too, markedly. As I got better the scoliosis got better. I have never had the winging scapula. Ice and yoga are my best friends. (And garden tomatos)

so this pt goes back and forth about whether i have scoliosis

last visit he said i definitely have it. and i agree. my rib cage is raised and noticeably crooked. we're doing hip stabilizaton exercises. i walk with my right side leg arm shoulder everything being stiff.

ice seems to help me too which is interesting bc most people here talk about using heat.

tied how long did it take for you to get better?
