It looks like it works very similar to theracane/trigger point therapy, but possibly more gentle?

yes- i use a soft roller as part of my pt everyday.mostly lying on my chest then 3/4 on my underarms and then 90 degrees on my side. I also use a pinky ball on a stick and a karate strap to stretch my scalenes and traps. I will be going to a melt method seminar in May to learn some more tequniques. I also saw it on the TOSsociety web page. I would recommend it-much gentler than a theracane.

is FABulous!
Been doing it for a month now with all other protocols. Look in your area for practitioners and classes. As with anything we have to conform to only what we can do. Pressing on the shoulders, neck and arms as in yoga poses just isn't correct for us.
