Hi, I have TOS, I started wearing a shoulder abductor brace and it is giving me relief, can anyone tell me what is wrong then with my body, when the abductor shoulder brace, pulling my shoulders back gives relief? In other words, my body should be able to keep my shoulders held back without a brace, so is this a torn muscle isssue perhaps? or is this a way to fix (surgery ?) the shoulder area so that i do not have to wear this brace?

I am actually able to do some cleaning and stuff around the house wearing the brace, i wish i wore it months ago
