I have been googling TOS and came across info that Issac Hanson from the boy band Hanson had a rib resection in 2007 due to TOS.

I find it interesting and thought as these people in the public spotlight are useful in getting info about conditions such as TOS out there in the public eye.

The Rangers have placed Hank Blalock on the 60-day disabled list with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome which is serious nerve damage. He will have surgery to remove one of his ribs on Monday and he will miss at least three months. This is a huge blow to the Rangers as Blalock is one of their best hitters. ]

Texas Rangers 5, Everyone Else 4. The Texas Rangers also had a minor leaguer diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome - pitcher John Hudgins (2005).]

one of the other members posted the first story about Hank and then we had a few other threads about how he was doing. I sent a email telling him about the forum here but never heard back from him.
but you can follow his career & continuing injuries as he was on & off the injured list quite regularly after his surgery /recovery.
mostly all upper body stuff.
