I've been having increasing trouble trying to find sleeping positions that don't exacerbate my TOS. Do any of you, especially those with bilateral TOS, have any suggestions? Thanks.

I think some even sleep in a soft comfy recliner during the really bad flares.
During my bad times I had to pad & wrap my elbows and sleep on my back.

I have bilateral TOS and sleep like so:
# Flat on my back (I will occassionally turn during sleep) # Using a pillow with neck support like a Tempur Memoryfoam or similar # Wearing soft fleece wraps secured by duct tape as partial elbow braces to prevent me from bending my elbows If what I mean by fleece wraps isn't clear I can provide a picture. |
