i popped a lodeine of my friends
and it made a big difference, so i definitely have some chronic inflamation going on. around my trap and ribcage, like i thought

I think a members daughter had necrotic tissue removed during her surgery and scar tissue regrew after, and I believe she even had to have a second procedure with a special technique of wrapping the nerve to try to stop the adhesions from reforming.
So some do seem to develop more of it than others.
