Default tight forearms

so the outside of my elbow and my forearm are SUPER DUPER tight and i have this deep deep ache all throughout my arm but my neck isn't in pain. does this sound pec minorish?

coincidentally (NOT) i had to stop taping my shoulderblades, my skin was reacting.

im scared to stretch. since my problem IS droopy shoulders i would think musc. relaxers would make it worse

I get the tightness in my forearms still sometimes and it was one of my main sx in the past.
maybe some pec minor light massage ??

or cross friction across the forearm??

Richard Rossiter?? has a kind of Indian burn friction suggestion that I modified long ago to do on my arms, seemed to help release some of the tension.

Does it feel like it is kind of jammed up & a constant tension - like you need to rub, pull or twist your wrist often?
mine also felt like I had a tight watch on all the time.

for me it was muscle tension mainly originating up in the neck/pec area.

PT massaged & did ultrasound on my arms & wrist - it felt good but didn't make any difference long term, until I finally had a PT that looked higher up the chain.
They tx the neck & upper back and the forearm & wrist stuff finally resolved. I also learned about trigger points at about this same time frame.
So that probably helped also. tennis ball stuff.

Yeah, we'll try anything.

Hang in there...
