fwiw im not doing anything on all fours
i dont get it each time i go in i think she changes her mind, anyways so far were doing this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlnfZBQwPaA theres a version with a foam roller, either way i suck at it. my stomach starts shaking, its to stabilize my hips also to breathe through my diaphragm. i imagine thatll help keep my ribs lowered a little bit

compresses the ribs and provides thoracic and pelvic stability. it seems like a very good exercise thatll knock out a few birds with one stone
