I did a quick search on the APTA - for a MI zipcode -
[Find a PT allows you to search a national database of physical therapist members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) for the exclusive purpose of finding a physical therapist who is right for you.]
http://www.apta.org/apta/findapt/ind...ID=10737422525

I hope the results transfer over - but if not you can do your own search with the best location for you -
On the results page you can scroll down to see who has more of the alphabet soup behind their names LOL
those would be the ones to talk with - if they aren't familiar w/TOS maybe they can recommend someone else.

clickable names & some have websites and many have their email info right there - so an email asking if they know of anyone skilled in treating TOS and maybe a few of you most troublesome symptoms... and see what kind of replies you get??? I'd send the same message to quite a few and see what happens...

rats - I tested the link and the results don't carry over...well only a few things to type in for a search so pretty easy.
