I had asked the doctor whether my B12 could be low since I do not eat meat and such products. He chequed the level and said it was a bit low but still ok. If I wanted I could have the B12 shots. I am always a bit exhausted and easily tired so I thought this might be a good idea.

My muscles are a bit achy all the time and I imagined this was due to my hashimoto desease. He said he did not think so. This is why I now take the meds for the acid-base equilibrium.

I have to admit that I feel a bit more alert after the B12 shots. We'll see.

Thanks chroma for the Stoxen hint. and all other members for sharing their precious knowledge.
