Cool video. Yes, I've had that happen. In fact, one day the side of my hand sunk in and stayed that way for a little while. It was really weird.

I think it is the degree of compression that change.
Try this : Flat on your bed, close your head and think about nothing for 15 minutes. (relaxation). Breath with your stomach. Tell if it change. |

Cool video.
I've had those. I didn't find they were, in and of itself, was not painful, although the more pain I was in the more I had. Good relaxation techniques will help. Hope you find some relief soon.

I've had them too. They are annoying and distracting, but the least of my worries.
![]() They do tend to indicate something isn't right (presumably nerve compression, stress or what have you) and often show up around the same time as other problems. I recommend a few stretches, postural changes and then relax as much as possible. |

I wonder if any of these trigger points might be the cause?
http://www.pressurepointer.com/Serra...ger_points.htm http://www.pressurepointer.com/Latis...ger_points.htm the main chart in case I missed another possibility - http://www.pressurepointer.com/pain_reference_chart.htm If you can press a tennis ball against a wall or lay on the floor and roll on it or any small ball - or have a friend help - press around on your back in the areas shown to see if any small knots or specific sore spots are there. If you find any - here is the user guide on how to resolve them- http://www.pressurepointer.com/Users1.htm

good video. I often experience muscle twitching myself but tend to not let it bother me.They don't hurt so I don't care - well try not to anyway! I've had it happen on my shoulder, tricep, thumb, side of my face.... even in a totally different region of my body (and quite frequently, my left thigh muscle). The one that does bother me is on my upper (right) eyelid which has been happening almost daily for the past year..... in saying that- since my op for VTOS (on the same side) I've experienced it only occasionally. Whether theres a connection and the op has released nerves or something I don't know? Watch this space! Try to relax yourself as much as possible through what ever method works for you... Meditation/ exercise/ stretches/ Belly breathing/music????? I'm even going as far as listening to Tibetan Singing Bowls. There are lots of vids on YouTube..... very soothing!!!!!!!!! Relaxed mind---->relaxed body---->less tension ---->less pain. ![]() Just to let you know that Jo*mar and Chroma on this forum have some excellent tips for relaxation. SD38 ![]() |
